About the role
- Execution of the sales strategy for parts and services
- Responsible for leading and delivering on customer-specific monthly revenue targets
- Identify gaps in customer purchasing behavior and work to create solutions to penetrate new sales
- Overall rapport building with customers, developing a profitable business relationship
- Active involvement with recommended spare parts lists and total cost of ownership modeling
- Assist in backlog management of parts to customers
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mining and aftermarket sales support
- Capacity to operate in a demanding environment with competing priorities
- Willing to travel up to 75% within Canada and/or USA
