About the role

  • Work across all levels of the organization
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership
  • Help achieve business strategies by focusing on employee engagement
  • Partner with Sr. HR Director/HR Director, peer HRBP’s and business leaders
  • Use data and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issues
  • Lead talent management activities and workforce planning

  • Manage and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced business environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience
  • Experience working effectively with business teams and leaders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong business and people acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred
