About the role
- Work across all levels of the organization
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership
- Help achieve business strategies by focusing on employee engagement
- Partner with Sr. HR Director/HR Director, peer HRBP’s and business leaders
- Use data and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issues
- Lead talent management activities and workforce planning
- Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts
- Manage and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced business environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience
- Experience working effectively with business teams and leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong business and people acumen
- Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred
