About the role
- Manage the Divisional engineering groups that serve global multinational manufacturers and OEMs
- Responsible for the execution and performance of new product development and sustaining engineering
- Direct a high-performing engineering organization focused on breakthrough technologies
- Manage product development team in the design, validation, and release of projects
- Ensure design projects exceed expected product requirements
- Support marketing in the evaluation of new design opportunities
- Manage application engineering team in quoting and processing engineered systems orders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years engineering experience is required.
- Minimum of 10 years previous management experience is required.
- Experience in practicing and implementing Lean methodologies with measurable results is preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
