About the role

  • Responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, on-site installations, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment
  • Instructs customers in operation and maintenance of the system and provides training
  • Participates in the Call Center Phone Support and CRM system and performs other internal activities
  • May eventually be assigned to specific customer accounts as the primary technical support contact

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Exposure to the printed circuit board and semiconductor packaging industries
  • Ability to travel from 50-75%; both domestic and internationally
