About the role

  • Develop and manage strategic initiatives within selected and appointed Key Accounts
  • Identify and develop mutually beneficial programs and rules of engagement
  • Establish a KEY Account structure and overall account-specific program development
  • Negotiate and deliver Corporate Partnership Agreements
  • Structure and management of capital projects
  • Update revenue status against plan including current revenue, backlog and proposed Opportunities
  • Align TOP Products with Customer processes for standardization
  • Execute white space initiatives via Nordson Strategic Account Managers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive KEY account strategies
  • Build in-depth allied vendor and Customer-centric relationships
  • Prepare and submit reports and complete tasks as directed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • In lieu of degree, 4 additional years professional work experience
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, product management, or business development
  • 2-4 years’ experience in management and/or leading a team preferred
  • Experience in specifying dispensing equipment to solve problems
  • Experience with CRM systems (SAP, C4C, or Salesforce)
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent in-depth analytical skills
  • Excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative skills to work with marketing, product management, engineering, and other internal groups
