About the role

  • Lead a multinational service organization supporting major customers across the packaging industry
  • Guide a diverse team of supervisors and managers
  • Strengthen operational performance and drive commercial growth through improved service processes
  • Elevate technical skill and efficiency of the Team with a customer-oriented mindset and in a European framework
  • Create and support specific sales programs to develop service turnover and increase spare-part sales
  • Continue the unification and simplification of the European processes in a data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a Technical Team or similar operational skills
  • Proven experience managing partners across diverse markets in the EMEA region
  • Fluent in English; additional European language(s) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within EMEA
