About the role
- Lead a multinational service organization supporting major customers across the packaging industry
- Guide a diverse team of supervisors and managers
- Strengthen operational performance and drive commercial growth through improved service processes
- Elevate technical skill and efficiency of the Team with a customer-oriented mindset and in a European framework
- Create and support specific sales programs to develop service turnover and increase spare-part sales
- Continue the unification and simplification of the European processes in a data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a Technical Team or similar operational skills
- Proven experience managing partners across diverse markets in the EMEA region
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within EMEA
