About the role
- Provide on-site technical support to customers to promote Nordson Nonwovens technology.
- Perform the maintenance necessary to enable the customer to begin or continue their operation.
- Responsible for preparing a tool kit with the correct set of tools and items necessary to perform their duties at the customer’s facility.
- Summarize on a timely basis within one week of the visit the issues that were covered at the customer's facility in the form of a written service report.
- Provide technical support when telephone calls are received from customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associates degree or vocational school certificate preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- PLC programming and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience
