About the role
- Technical support for our Nordson adhesive application systems
- Installation, commissioning and configuration of customer-specific products and systems at customer sites
- Carrying out service and maintenance tasks such as filter replacement, system cleaning and similar activities
- Performing repairs and ensuring that systems operate flawlessly
- Point of contact for our customers for technical inquiries and issues, with a continuous focus on customer satisfaction
- Advising customers on maintenance, wear parts and spare parts
- Planning service visits to customer sites
- Creation and management of service documentation
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical field service
- Fluent German and good English skills are required
- Driving licence for passenger cars (Class B) is mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office; PLC (SPS) and SAP are advantageous
- High willingness to travel throughout Germany with weekly overnight stays in hotels
