About the role

  • Business Development: Map territories, proactively prospect new clients, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our customer base.
  • Sales Consulting: Lead meetings to gain a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and position our solutions as the answer to their pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, keep the CRM up to date, and present your forecast to leadership.
  • Partnership Building: Prepare value-driven commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and, above all, build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead by studying updates to our portfolio and the Data & Analytics market.

Requirements

  • Experience: Background in commercial sales of data platforms and analytics consulting, preferably with high-value deals sold to executive-level stakeholders (C-level).
  • Hybrid Profile: Ability to both prospect new business (hunter) and manage and expand existing accounts (farmer).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written fluency, with the ability to discuss business problems and connect technological solutions to them.
  • Advanced English: Comfortable consuming technical materials in English and conducting meetings in the language.
  • Personal Attributes: Organized, autonomous, results-oriented, dynamic, empathetic, and highly motivated to learn and grow.
  • Location: Must reside in São Paulo or the metropolitan area.
