About the role
- Provisioning, operation and further development of end devices such as Windows clients, tablets, and handheld scanners
- Selection, installation and operation of appropriate management systems
- Working in an ITIL environment (incident, problem and change management)
- Supporting the design and optimization of business-critical processes
- Supporting IT projects related to the end-device infrastructure
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration — Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or an equivalent IT qualification
- Enjoy working with end devices
- Desire for continuous professional development
- Solid knowledge in end-device support and management systems
- Confident handling of Windows 10 and 11 and, ideally, Microsoft 365
