About the role
- Provide customer support: stock availability, traceability, quotations, and queries resolution towards NX branches worldwide
- Sales Orders creation (SAP)
- Release material preparations in CWHs
- Support transport team by providing and checking export documentation (Packing Lists)
- Coordinate with other departments for spare parts delivery on time: warehouse, parts procurement, finance, and transport
- Push internally to speed up urgent deliveries: Down Turbines
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or comparable qualifications
- Previous professional experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics
- Proficiency/high level in MM and MS Office
- SAP experience, preferable in the Material Management module
- Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in different business cultures
- Motivated and committed personality with a high level of own initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- High English level is fully needed
- Spanish and/or German is a plus
