About the role

  • Provide customer support: stock availability, traceability, quotations, and queries resolution towards NX branches worldwide
  • Sales Orders creation (SAP)
  • Release material preparations in CWHs
  • Support transport team by providing and checking export documentation (Packing Lists)
  • Coordinate with other departments for spare parts delivery on time: warehouse, parts procurement, finance, and transport
  • Push internally to speed up urgent deliveries: Down Turbines

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or comparable qualifications
  • Previous professional experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics
  • Proficiency/high level in MM and MS Office
  • SAP experience, preferable in the Material Management module
  • Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in different business cultures
  • Motivated and committed personality with a high level of own initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • High English level is fully needed
  • Spanish and/or German is a plus
