About the role
- Management of customer relationships
- Generation of after sales business from existing and previous customers
- Awareness of contractual conditions
- Support service teams with commercial customer requests
- Responsibility for aftersales strategy including key targets and growth
- End-to-end management of service agreement renewals
- Building a strategy to reactivate lost customer accounts
- Proactive targeting of repair and maintenance offers
- Collaborating across the Nordex team to deliver customer requirements
- Managing customer complaints and disputes
- Calculating and collecting contract variable fees
- Management of new contract reviews
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical sales or account management
- Experience working with service contracts
- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers
- Experience with formal sales tenders
- Degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject
- Basic understanding of UK and Irish legal frameworks and commercial/contractual law
- Understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong computer literacy skills including MS Office
- Previous use of SAP would be advantageous
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong customer focused approach
- Resilient to deal with conflict management
- Holder of a full EU/UK Driving Licence
