About the role

  • Management of customer relationships
  • Generation of after sales business from existing and previous customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in technical sales or account management
  • Experience working with service contracts
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Experience with formal sales tenders
  • Degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject
  • Basic understanding of UK and Irish legal frameworks and commercial/contractual law
  • Understanding of engineering principles
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills including MS Office
  • Previous use of SAP would be advantageous
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong customer focused approach
  • Resilient to deal with conflict management
  • Holder of a full EU/UK Driving Licence
