About the role

  • Support and manage customers, plant operators, and technical and commercial operations managers
  • Handle commercial inquiries related to the operation of wind turbines
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal specialist departments
  • Manage and develop long-term customer relationships in service
  • Support sales of technical products such as yield-optimization solutions and assist with contract amendments and extensions
  • Ensure complete documentation and structured, contract-compliant reporting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in customer management or B2B customer support
  • Strong interest in technical topics related to wind turbines
  • Strong affinity for proactive, service-oriented customer care
  • Confident user of IT systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Team-oriented, structured and solution-focused working style
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
