About the role
- Support and manage customers, plant operators, and technical and commercial operations managers
- Handle commercial inquiries related to the operation of wind turbines
- Act as the interface between customers and internal specialist departments
- Manage and develop long-term customer relationships in service
- Support sales of technical products such as yield-optimization solutions and assist with contract amendments and extensions
- Ensure complete documentation and structured, contract-compliant reporting
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in customer management or B2B customer support
- Strong interest in technical topics related to wind turbines
- Strong affinity for proactive, service-oriented customer care
- Confident user of IT systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented, structured and solution-focused working style
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
