About the role
- You take operational responsibility for the sale and construction of substations in the Central Europe region.
- You work closely with Sales, suppliers and internal technical departments to ensure economical, timely and high-quality project execution.
- You maintain customer relationships and coordinate sales activities together with the regional sales teams.
- You develop and expand a global supplier network for components and services related to substations.
- You collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Project Delivery to align supplier capabilities with project requirements.
- You identify synergies between regions and leverage them to optimize cost structures and lead times.
- You ensure successful project delivery with respect to budget, schedule and quality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Proven leadership experience in the energy sector, ideally in substations or grid infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of the technical, commercial and regulatory requirements of substation projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong execution capability.
- Negotiation‑level German and English.
