About the role

  • You take operational responsibility for the sale and construction of substations in the Central Europe region.
  • You work closely with Sales, suppliers and internal technical departments to ensure economical, timely and high-quality project execution.
  • You maintain customer relationships and coordinate sales activities together with the regional sales teams.
  • You develop and expand a global supplier network for components and services related to substations.
  • You collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Project Delivery to align supplier capabilities with project requirements.
  • You identify synergies between regions and leverage them to optimize cost structures and lead times.
  • You ensure successful project delivery with respect to budget, schedule and quality.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Proven leadership experience in the energy sector, ideally in substations or grid infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of the technical, commercial and regulatory requirements of substation projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and strong execution capability.
  • Negotiation‑level German and English.
