About the role

  • Strategic planning and management of the tender process for projects in the Central region
  • Preparation and evaluation of construction schedules in MS Project, taking regional standards into account
  • Development of appropriate construction and logistics concepts in coordination with crane, transport and installation service providers
  • Conducting cost and risk analyses during the tender phase and deriving measures for contract negotiations
  • Presenting results in internal bodies such as Project Board meetings
  • Conducting site inspections for technical assessment of planned wind farms and coordinating with customers and partners
  • Active participation in contract negotiations with customers, including technical contract content

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project management or project development, ideally in the wind energy sector
  • Strong skills in MS Project and Excel, ideally supplemented by AutoCAD, GIS and other Office tools
  • Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
  • Experience working with international and interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong intercultural competence
  • Willingness to travel within the Central region
