About the role

  • Primary point of contact for customers and first escalation point in day-to-day operations
  • Liaison between on-site teams, project management and internal departments
  • Administrative support during project kickoff (e.g., evacuation and rescue plans, site setup, resource workflows)
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly customer and status reports
  • Initiation and coordination of the ordering process for services and material deliveries
  • Support for NCR management (including ServiceNow ticket tracking and material tracking)
  • Participation in project close-out activities such as SC tests, CE documentation and handover to Service

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience, ideally in project management or in the renewable energy sector
  • Very good German skills (at least B2) as well as confident written and spoken English
  • Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Quick understanding, flexibility, resilience and a structured approach to work
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Self-motivation, strong organizational skills and the ability to act confidently in dynamic project situations
