About the role

  • Conceptual planning of transport logistics processes related to the construction of wind turbine installations
  • Issuing tenders for transport services, selecting service providers, and drafting/negotiating contracts
  • Operational and commercial management of project logistics, including documentation and controlling
  • Maintaining and further developing existing service provider relationships as well as building new transport partners
  • Coordination and planning of transports in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Booking of goods movements in SAP and ensuring correct data flows
  • Work area primarily in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands

Requirements

  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in heavy or specialized transport
  • Confident MS Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured working style and strong organizational abilities
  • Valid Class B driving licence for business-related travel
