About the role

  • You support service technicians and customers by providing technical support for mechanical components of wind turbines
  • You act as the interface to Service Engineering within the support structure
  • You ensure the delivery of service activities within your area of responsibility
  • You further develop expertise for drivetrain components
  • You carry out fault analyses and first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex cases appropriately
  • You continuously improve knowledge base management in the service area

Requirements

  • You have a technical degree such as engineering or a comparable technical qualification in mechanical engineering
  • You bring strong technical understanding and end-to-end thinking
  • You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
  • You are team-oriented and possess strong communication skills
  • You have a positive and constructive mindset
  • You have confident IT skills in MS Office
  • You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken
