About the role

You maintain customer relationships and coordinate sales activities together with the regional sales teams.
You build and expand a global supplier network for components and services related to substations.
You collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Project Execution to align supplier capabilities with project requirements.
You identify synergies between regions and leverage them to optimize cost structures and delivery times.
You ensure successful project execution in terms of budget, schedule and quality.

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field.
Proven leadership experience in the energy sector, ideally in substations or grid infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of the technical, commercial and regulatory requirements for substation projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and a strong track record of execution.
Business‑fluent German and English.
