About the role
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies for Nordex North America.
- Lead the design and implementation of marketing and communications plans aligned with regional priorities.
- Develop and oversee content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives on LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed and targeted channels, in line with diversity and inclusion objectives.
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans, including media relations.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry associations and key stakeholders to increase Nordex’s visibility.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand positioning and integrated communications planning.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed) and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement and event management.
- Ability to perform market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing agencies and external vendors.
- Demonstrated creativity with a strong ability to develop high-quality digital and print content.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align regional initiatives with global campaigns.
- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media or brand management considered an asset.
