About the role

  • Drive sales and revenue through a mix of direct sales and broker channel partnerships.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard employee benefit brokers to include our identity protection solution in their portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with broker partners through regular communication, in-person meetings, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for brokers to ensure they understand the value proposition and technical aspects of our identity protection SaaS solution.
  • Create and distribute compelling sales collateral, case studies, and proposal templates to support brokers in their sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
  • Lead executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Track competitive activity and industry trends to help shape go-to-market strategies and inform product development.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience developing and scaling broker or partner-led sales channels in employee benefits platforms, SaaS, or comparable industries
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships resulting in measurable revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, broker ecosystem, sales cycles and integration requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with success building networks and long-term client partnerships
  • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset with strong time management and organizational abilities
