About the role
- Provide IT support for all school devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software on desktops, laptops, and tablets
- Arrange and coordinate hardware warranty repairs where required
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct regular surveys of IT equipment and infrastructure
- Work with external suppliers and contractors on technical projects
- Ensure compliance with software and hardware licensing agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WLAN)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD administration
- Understanding of IT security principles, user access control, and data protection practices
- Professional attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
