About the role

  • Provide IT support for all school devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain software on desktops, laptops, and tablets
  • Arrange and coordinate hardware warranty repairs where required
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct regular surveys of IT equipment and infrastructure
  • Work with external suppliers and contractors on technical projects
  • Ensure compliance with software and hardware licensing agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WLAN)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD administration
  • Understanding of IT security principles, user access control, and data protection practices
  • Professional attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
