About the role
- Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and systems)
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Support user account administration (creation, modification, and deletion of access)
- Log, track, and resolve technical tickets according to defined SLAs
- Assist with basic network maintenance, connectivity, and internet access
- Support the team with updates to systems, applications, and equipment
- Follow information security policies and IT best practices
- Document procedures and technical solutions
- Work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams when necessary
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Networking, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
- Understanding of networking, hardware, and user support
- Good organizational skills, clear communication, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple demands
- Previous experience in technical support or an IT internship (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., Service Desk)
- Understanding of information security
- Advanced/Fluent English
