About the role
- Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and systems)
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Support user account administration (creation, modification, and access removal)
- Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in line with defined SLAs
- Assist with basic network support and connectivity troubleshooting
- Support system updates, software installations, and equipment maintenance
- Follow IT security policies and best practices
- Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors when required
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and end-user support
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience or internship in IT support (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., Service Desk systems)
- Awareness of information security principles
- Advanced English
