About the role
- Lead student support programs at Dalian American International School

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or certifications related to education or counseling preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in student support services or related roles within secondary/high school settings
- Strong understanding of the Advanced Placement curriculum requirements and challenges
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficient communication skills for working with students, parents, staff, and external agencies
- Ability to develop programs addressing academic advising, mental health support, college/career readiness
- Skilled at data analysis for monitoring student progress and service effectiveness.
