About the role
- Lead the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring systematic approaches that maximize conversion rates
- Work alongside the DAM & Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with school FTE targets and growth objectives
- Design and oversee Family Experience Journey (FEJ) initiatives to streamline operations, increase satisfaction and eliminate inefficiencies
- Establish clear workflows, timelines, and quality standards for all admissions activities
- Create and maintain admissions policies, procedures, and best practices documentation
- Actively establish, promote and maintain positive relationships with senior leaders and the academic team
- Conduct regular process reviews and implement continuous improvement measures
- Oversee the complete offer letter process, from application review to final enrollment decisions
- Make admission recommendations in collaboration with DAM & academic leadership
- Manage enrollment capacity across grade levels and ensure optimal class compositions
- Coordinate with finance department on fee structures and payment processes
- Handle complex admissions cases and escalated family concerns
- Monitor enrollment pipeline and forecast achievement against FTE targets
- Oversee campus tour programme and ensure exceptional visitor experiences
- Handle VIP visits and prospective families requiring senior-level attention
- Represent the school at education fairs, community events, and networking functions
- Maintain awareness of market situation, USP and competitor school offering
- Maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and embassy contacts
- Support marketing initiatives
- Manage and mentor 2 Admissions Officers and 1 Admissions Coordinator
- Coordinate team responsibilities to ensure a seamless family experience
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions
- Foster collaborative environment while maintaining individual accountability
- Provide training and support for new systems, processes, and admissions best practices
- Establish comprehensive data collection systems to track key performance indicators
- Generate regular reports on conversion rates, enrollment trends, and recruitment effectiveness
- Analyze admissions funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance and accreditation purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - mandatory.
- Postgraduate business qualification (MBA or equivalent) - preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions or students recruitment - mandatory.
- Background in education, services, or regulated environments - desirable.
- English & Spanish at bilingual level - mandatory.
- Catalan - preferred.
- Right to work in Spain - mandatory.
- Competent in ERP, financial planning tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and regional cross-functional team.
