• Maintain the data warehouse as the single source of truth, the revenue data model, and the reverse-ETL powering field tools
• Centralize a knowledge warehouse consolidating team decisions and processes
• Make HubSpot the orchestrator of the sales cycle by structuring cycles, lead routing, and product and billing integrations with Stripe
• Provide reliable data to Finance and implement a ticketing system with agents to support customer care
• Build automations with n8n and Claude to reduce administration and improve GTM team efficiency
• Develop growth A/B tests, automatic population of sales playbooks, and an AI agent for CS tickets
• Orchestrate copilots and AI agents for lead qualification, prospecting, ticket deflection, and coaching
• Measure the ROI of AI agents
• Ensure end-to-end consistency of revenue data
• Enable self-service reporting in Metabase
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and Product teams across the Lead-to-Cash cycle

• Lead a Customer Care team (handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets) in a demanding environment
• Support advisors in their day-to-day skills development
• Ensure excellence in every interaction (chat, email, omnichannel)

• Monitor and drive key KPIs (SLA, quality, productivity, satisfaction)
