About the role
- Engage in the design and development of a comprehensive training module aimed at strengthening the Security Sector’s capacity to prevent violence and safeguard the electoral process
- Incorporate key elements such as human rights and gender responsiveness.
- Validate and finalize training materials through stakeholder feedback.
- Produce a concise Trainer’s Manual and aligned slide deck.
- Create assessment and feedback tools to measure learning and gather participant feedback.
- Ensure usability, consistency, and inclusivity of final materials.
Requirements
- Must possess a master's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of training modules
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs assessments, developing training modules and curriculum, and creating training materials
- Strong facilitation skills and experience in conducting stakeholder and working group consultations
- Excellent written, editing, and oral communication skills in English.
