About the role
- Conduct sales meetings with decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate Nomus ERP, aligning the solution with the customer's needs.
- Diagnose operational challenges and tailor the system presentation accordingly.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, explaining subscription, implementation, and support.
- Track negotiations through the sales funnel, keeping the CRM up to date.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to the Implementation team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, preferably 08:00–17:00.
- Experience with customer communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Organized and disciplined in managing your sales pipeline.
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably selling ERP solutions for manufacturing.
- Candidates residing in Rio de Janeiro will have a hybrid work arrangement (in-office once per month).
- Candidates living outside Rio de Janeiro will work permanently remote (home office).
