About the role

  • Compile and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for Nomura's Asset Management department.
  • Support Sales and Relationship Managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships through timely and accurate proposal responses.
  • Maintain and enhance Nomura's response database to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across all client communications.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to strict client deadlines and internal quality standards.
  • Ensure all responses accurately reflect Nomura's investment strategies, capabilities, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across global regions and time zones to support Nomura's international client base.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written communication and editing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities with proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in German and/or Italian to support Nomura's global operations (highly desirable).
  • Interest in Asset Management and the Financial Services industry (highly desirable).
  • Experience in project coordination, client-facing roles, or proposal writing (highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with database management systems and content management processes (highly desirable).
