About the role

  • Conduct daily outbound and inbound calls to retailers, distributors, and contractors
  • Qualify prospects and schedule calls with Tech Lead/COO
  • Manage all leads through HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain consistent outreach cadence via calls, emails, and HubSpot sequences
  • Support onboarding and training for new distributor accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads from campaigns

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in B2B product-based industries
  • Strong comfort level making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to travel periodically (approx. 10%)
