About the role

  • Help define and evolve the AI transformation aligned with global Tech & AI strategy.
  • Identify priority capability areas across AI engineering, data, platforms, tooling, governance, and delivery models.
  • Translate strategic intent into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success measures.
  • Orchestrate complex, cross-functional AI programs spanning talent, tools, platforms, processes, and partnerships.
  • Define program structure, interdependencies, risks, and decision points.
  • Track progress, surface issues, and enable timely leadership decisions to maintain momentum.
  • Work closely with senior leaders responsible for AI on priority topics and initiatives, supporting leadership forums, planning cycles, reviews, and key communications.
  • Prepare executive level materials, narratives, and briefings that drive alignment and decisions.
  • Act as a connective layer across stakeholders, ensuring clarity, follow through, and accountability.
  • Ensure strong alignment between India based AI capabilities and global platforms, standards, and governance.
  • Facilitate collaboration across regions, functions, and teams to avoid fragmentation and duplication.
  • Help translate global strategy into practical execution models suited to India.
  • Support initiatives related to AI talent strategy, including skills development, role definitions, learning pathways, and career models.
  • Monitor global trends in AI capability building, delivery models, and operating structures.
  • Bring external insights and comparative benchmarks into internal discussions on scale, productivity, and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree with 12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or enterprise delivery roles involving complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large‑scale capability‑building or transformation programs.
  • Strong exposure to AI, data, digital engineering, or technology platforms in enterprise contexts.
  • Proven ability to operate close to senior leadership and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, MLops, large language models, computer vision, or other advanced AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI deployment at scale.
