About the role
- Write and develop executive speeches, keynote scripts, talking points and remarks for senior Nokia leaders
- Support high-profile engagements such as industry events, leadership town halls, customer forums and stakeholder meetings
- Craft speeches that authentically reflect each executive’s voice while aligning with Nokia’s corporate narrative
- Translate complex business and technology topics into clear, inspiring and audience-relevant messages
- Partner closely with executives and communications leaders to shape tone, structure and delivery impact
- Create supporting executive content, including briefing documents, leadership messaging frameworks and thought leadership materials
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Investor Relations and business teams to ensure consistency and alignment
- Manage multiple fast-moving and highly confidential deliverables with accuracy, speed and strong editorial judgment.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A track record of managing sensitive or confidential communications.
