About the role

  • Own and lead the maintenance of the Fab Quality Management System; ensure compliance with control plans.
  • Chair Production Quality Management Reviews; drive rapid and effective excursion management, facilitate structured 8D and 5-Why investigations, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
  • Establish criteria and lead manufacturing readiness reviews for new product introductions, ensuring robust quality controls and risk mitigation.
  • Develop, maintain, and present the fab quality scorecard, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, set clear goals, manage projects effectively, and foster a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Physics, Materials, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • More than 10 years in semiconductor manufacturing with at least 2 years in QA leadership.
  • Expertise in Six Sigma and 8D. Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with wafer process and fab systems: MES, SPC, FDC/APC, metrology, inspection and probe.
  • Strong communication skills for cross‑functional alignment.
