About the role

  • Design and develop comprehensive Packet Core solutions, including high-level and end-to-end architectures, customer-specific designs, artifacts, and configurations, while ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for Packet Core and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues within delivery teams.
  • Gather, manage, and translate stakeholder inputs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring effective solution design.
  • Lead and coordinate activities across multiple business units and organizations to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
  • Act as a recognized expert and thought leader, contributing to strategic decisions, shaping organizational concepts, solving complex challenges, and leading functional teams or projects, including resource management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years in mobile networks with expert-level knowledge of EPC Core Network and Policy technologies, including GGSN, SGSN, S-GW, P-GW, MME, AMF, UPF, NRD, NPC/PCRF (from Nokia and/or other vendors). Hands-on experience in MME Design (CMM/AMF) and NRD Integration/Design.
  • Proven ability to develop High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), IP planning, and related documentation for delivering 3G, 4G, and 5G EPC networks.
  • Experience with VNF and CNF onboarding and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with RSV and/or mapping tables and Application Assurance (DPI).
  • Strong background in technical support services and direct customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level customers and internal teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and defining technical processes and instructions. Ability to work independently, proactively, and make decisions under pressure.
