About the role

  • Optimize multi-vendor Radio Networks (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G preferred), focusing primarily on 4G systems to meet and exceed performance KPIs
  • Conduct thorough analysis of worst cell performance and implement troubleshooting and enhancement strategies
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements, address concerns, and deliver innovative solutions during technical discussions
  • Tune multi-layer, multi-technology Radio Network parameters to maximize coverage, quality, capacity, and user experience
  • Perform root cause analysis for complex end-to-end issues and provide actionable solutions
  • Generate comprehensive SLA KPI reports and facilitate SSV/Cluster optimization and acceptance procedures
  • Guide customers through activation plans, KPI monitoring, and evaluation of proposed changes
  • Participate in radio network planning for new sites, physical site optimization, and site acceptance for new integrations
  • Carry out and supervise Drive Test activities and post-processing with tools such as NEMO Analyzer and Actix
  • Prepare and analyse Radio Network Performance Indicators and Counters Reports and maintain Radio Network Site Database
  • Implement new RAN features, tune RAN database parameters, and work with OSS tools and SON optimizers
  • Collaborate in a team environment, share knowledge, and drive Nokia Radio ongoing activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or relevant field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 2G, 3G, LTE/VoLTE, and 5G networks
  • Strong expertise in Ericsson and Nokia Radio Access technologies and OSS platforms
  • Ability to conduct in-depth analysis and troubleshooting from radio network statistics and Layer 3 traces
  • Experience in customer management and care to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and coordinate resources to achieve desired goals
  • Must be willing to work in different time zones and open for travel
  • Experience with Drive-Test log analysis and proficiency in NPO tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of multi-layer, multi-technology Radio Network Parameter tuning (preferred)
  • Strong skills in MS Office suite, including PowerPivot, Power BI, and Power Automate (preferred)
  • Experience engaging in technical discussions with customers to deliver innovative solutions (preferred)
  • Exhibits good level of creativity and resourcefulness (preferred)
