About the role

  • Automation Engineer Co-op/Intern (January–April 2026), 4+ month duration
  • Hybrid role in Ottawa, Canada
  • Develop new implementations of automation test cases using various technologies
  • Integrate automation tests into a cloud environment
  • Propose solutions to complex testing scenarios to stress performance and test network security
  • Optimize build and CI/CD processes and enhance test automation frameworks
  • Develop tools that automate developers' day-to-day tasks

Requirements

  • Experience with Python and or Go.
  • Experience with Automation techniques (Junit/Pytest/Other).
  • Experience with Linux and bash scripting.
  • Good understanding of design patterns.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with Robot, specifically UI Automation.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Gitlab.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with docker, k8s and rest APIs.
