About the role

  • Supporting new funnel requirements
  • Completing the development workload
  • Working with other regions and engaging the stakeholders through the development life cycle
  • Supporting the configuration and roll-out of the tool and process
  • Automate existing processes using RPA software
  • Fine-tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots
  • Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in University internship program, completing 3rd year in a 4-year program of a computer science or IT related program
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Good database management and computer skills
  • Programming experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal clients
  • Good working knowledge of the principles and philosophies of total quality management and high performance work systems
  • Demonstrates a keen desire to continually learn and grow
  • Motivated by successes
  • Has a strong sense of loyalty to the organization and its overall success
  • Broad understanding of global business environment
  • Working knowledge of e-Business processes, applications and system integration
  • Working knowledge of IT concepts and integrated business applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
