Performance Marketing

• Strategic campaign planning across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and others
• Objective: online sales
• Build, manage and optimize multi-channel performance funnels
• Create and manage audience-specific content and creative briefings
• Ongoing analysis and reporting of campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations
• Budget responsibility: planning, monitoring and optimization of advertising budgets
• Close collaboration with the Brand, Content and E‑Commerce teams
• Internationalization: develop and implement performance marketing strategies for new target markets
• Testing new platforms and ad formats to scale our campaigns
• Email marketing & customer streams: strategic planning, segmentation and management of newsletter campaigns (no copywriting — management, activation and testing)
• Responsibility for customer retention and reactivation measures, particularly in the areas of retention, customer value, customer lifetime value (CLV) and churn prevention
• Continuous monitoring of trends, tools and benchmarks in digital marketing

Performance Marketing Manager
