About the role
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for autonomous orchestration solutions
- Work directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product features
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to customer deployment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts with technical product expertise
- Manage product launches and coordinate with customers on successful deployment and integration
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology or software products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product development projects
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Previous military, government, or defense industry experience (preferred)
- Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, or related technologies (preferred)
- Background in both technical product management and product marketing (preferred)
- Existing security clearance (preferred)
- Experience working with DoD or intelligence community customers (preferred)
