• Enter medication orders and provide customer service for patients in a call center environment
• Accurately enter incoming prescriptions, when required
• Select billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
• Cover incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Document patient-reported information into TherigySTM
• Resolve customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
• Resolve payment-related issues on member accounts and orders
• Maintain reasonable production as determined by the supervisor
• Assist in orienting and training new employees
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
