Procurement

• You will take full ownership of our indirect spending, from mapping suppliers to negotiating agreements and building governance that supports a scaling business
• You will report directly to the CFO and work as a trusted commercial partner for the organisation.
• Your primary categories include but are not limited to: Marketing & Agencies, Professional Services, Logistics & Transport, Travel & Meetings, HR & Learning
• You will build the framework, set the standards, and ensure we have the right processes in place as we grow.
• A big part of your work will be leading sourcing activities and negotiations, securing agreements that balance commercial value and long‑term partnerships.
• You will also be the go‑to partner for teams across Finance, TED, Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations, helping them translate their needs into clear sourcing strategies.
• To support decision‑making, you will create transparency around spend, supplier performance, and savings, and you will keep the CFO closely informed as the function matures.
