About the role
- Build and maintain referral relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, and physician groups
- Hit monthly admit goals and drive patient referrals
- Execute weekly/monthly strategies to grow market share in your territory
- Deliver impactful in-services and sales presentations
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and document progress
Requirements
- 2–3 years of successful healthcare sales experience (home health, hospice, or wound care)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in Outlook and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
