About the role
- Own and scale content production across Nium's marketing engine.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, and Regional Marketing to define content plans, manage an integrated content calendar, and deliver high-quality B2B content.
- Translate complex fintech infrastructure into clear, compelling narratives across written content, video, web experiences, and multimedia formats.
- Write key content yourself while orchestrating internal teams and external partners to meet aggressive timelines and quality standards.
- Lead the development and launch of several new content series designed to build thought leadership, drive engagement, and support pipeline generation across regions and verticals.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles in B2B fintech, payments, or adjacent industries
- Proven ability to write high-quality content for technical and executive audiences—including thought leadership, case studies, and sales enablement materials
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder content operations and coordinating across internal teams and external partners
- Experience developing and launching content series (written, video, or multimedia formats) that drive measurable engagement and business outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise using GenAI tools to enhance content creation and optimization workflows
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and content marketing funnels—able to connect content plans to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and contractors—including briefing, quality control, and budget management
- Technical fluency: Comfortable translating complex fintech, payments, and infrastructure concepts into accessible content
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail—able to maintain high standards while moving quickly in fast-paced, high-growth environments
