About the role

  • Support Sales and CSM teams through timely follow-ups on customer inquiries, outstanding tasks, and order-related updates.
  • Match customer needs to the correct products by assisting with catalog organization, SKU mapping, product identification, and supply list preparation.
  • Assist with product procurement, including verifying availability, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate product information is shared with internal teams.
  • Process and track purchase orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation across internal systems.
  • Use internal databases and tools to manage product data, customer information, order details, and workflow updates.
  • Make and receive customer service calls, document issues clearly, and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address product-related questions from customers, Sales, and CSM teams with clarity, accuracy, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Resolve order-related issues including delays, discrepancies, and follow-up requests, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support AEs and SDRs with administrative tasks such as data entry, updating CRM records, preparing supply lists, and gathering product documentation.
  • Partner with Operations to maintain accurate product and catalog data, resolve discrepancies, and improve internal workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvements that streamline customer interactions, enhance team efficiency, and drive a better customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experienceExperience working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams.
  • Strong background in catalog organization, SKU mapping, and product identification.
  • Experience with product-based inquiries from customers or internal teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Customer service experience, including making and receiving calls.
  • Ability to follow up on orders, product issues, and customer requests with professionalism.
  • Experience supporting AEs and SDRs with administrative or account-related tasks.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
