About the role
- Leads cross functional workstreams and drives continuous improvement initiatives
- Manages workstream planning activities including schedules, timelines and milestone deliverables
- Identifies, prioritizes, and leads continuous improvement initiatives using data, root cause analysis, and performance metrics
- Drives standardization of processes, procedures and policies that reflect industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of area of expertise experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar)
