About the role

  • Develop partnerships and deliver effective programs to prevent damage to company-owned facilities
  • Conduct in-person site visits and communications for high risk tickets
  • Deliver educational outreach programs for frequent damagers
  • Assess daily high risk ticket volume and prioritize actions
  • Collaborate with operational partners to address high risks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in utility operations, damage prevention, safety, or related field
  • Experience delivering training, conducting formal presentations, and/or facilitating group meetings and events
  • Knowledge of utility operations (i.e. gas, electric, construction, engineering)
  • Subject matter expertise in gas and/or electric standards
  • Ability to read and interpret reports and make data based decisions
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral, public speaking)
  • Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
