About the role
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting.
- Manage a well organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to refine sales messaging & outbound strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly goals for opportunities generated.
Requirements
- Some prior sales experience (internships included), ideally involving outbound outreach or customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Highly-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Thorough critical thinker who isn’t afraid to take risks and make decisions.
- Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn & succeed.
- A growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates in the relationship building process.
- Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty & stretch yourself.
- Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions & results.
- Successfully able to work in high-growth & ambiguous start-up environments.
