• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying microservices for the Nirmata platform
• Write clean, maintainable code in languages like Go or Java
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning

Software Engineer Intern

• Design & Implement: Contribute directly to the design and implementation of Nirmata’s AI/ML infrastructure.
• Innovate with AI: Define the optimal approach for new AI features, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Be a Scientist: Conduct experiments to select the best AI models based on accuracy and cost, because every decision matters.

• As a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving Nirmata’s Policy Management platform. You will work across the stack, building new capabilities and enhancing existing ones, while gaining hands-on experience with real-world challenges. Technical Customer Success

• Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problems identified by customers and/or Nirmata.
• Provide design and operational solutions for enterprise adoption of containers.
• Understand customer initiatives, customer's internal operating model and align Nirmata's technical delivery to customer's model.
• Build key trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer's organization up to Director level.
• Provide leadership on key customer initiatives, including architecting solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage customer escalations by working with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve critical issues.
• Educate customers with correct technical knowledge and create/update technical documentation as needed.
• Build tools and automation for the smooth deployment of technical processes.
• Assist customers in defining, capturing, documenting and sharing the financial value provided by Nirmata.
• Scope efforts for deployments and new integrations with product management and engineering teams.
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Nirmata, Kubernetes, virtualization, converged infrastructure and storage networks.
• Gather and maintain current information on the customer's current and future plans.
• Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Nirmata Engineering teams based on customer requirements.
• Help document best practices in developing and deploying Nirmata solutions.
• Function as a front-line technical resource and liaison between customers and Engineering and Product Management.
