AI Engineer

• Design & Implement: Contribute directly to the design and implementation of Nirmata’s AI/ML infrastructure.
• Innovate with AI: Define the optimal approach for new AI features, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Be a Scientist: Conduct experiments to select the best AI models based on accuracy and cost, because every decision matters.

Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with a team of engineers and product managers, while taking ownership of key areas of the Nirmata AI Platform from design to delivery.
• Make meaningful contributions at the requirements, architecture, and design levels, and take responsibility for ensuring the platform can scale with the growth of our customer base.
• Help define and drive the architecture and implementation of the data processing subsystems, ensuring it aligns with technical and business goals for the next two to five years.
• Play a key role in the design and implementation of AI/ML features, from initial concept through production readiness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate features effectively and optimize system performance with a long-term perspective.
• Participate in code reviews and take accountability for code quality, offering thoughtful, constructive feedback and upholding high standards.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in software technologies, and bring forward ideas and improvements that drive product and team success.

Customer Success Manager

• Owning the vision, strategic planning, and execution for Customer Success management function for select strategic accounts, leading positive customer experiences, and driving growth through on-time renewals and growth.
• Drive customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience
• Lead the account plan through onboarding and adoption and renewal phases.
• Build and own strategic relationships with key customer executives and ensure Nirmata’s offerings are delivering value for their priorities.
• Drive strategic priorities and projects to a specific timeline that delivers value to customers.
• Align Nirmata Customer Success, Product Management and Engineering functions to deliver a great customer experience.
• Instill the operational rigor to ensure regular interlock between customer and Nirmata leadership. This includes weekly, monthly calls and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage critical escalations and restore customer satisfaction.
• Understand the customer sentiment and ensure it cases across customer segments and influence new product features to deliver higher value for customers.
• Work closely with the sales management and Regional Directors to align on strategies, renewal forecasting, coverage plans, and account opportunities (i.e., opportunities and risks).
• Listen to customers and build new Customer Success best practices to drive higher engagement and drive lifecycle optimization programs.
