About the role
- Ensure the stability and proper functioning of Nio's applications.
- Lead and support the IT operations team.
- Manage critical processes such as the revenue cycle and sales journey.
- Propose and implement improvements in support and operations processes.
- Ensure the integration and performance of order management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT teams.
- Strong knowledge of applications such as Siebel, Salesforce, Arbor, BRM, Raid Collection, Nio App, Portal, PAP, sales bots, COM, OMR, SOM.
- Deep understanding of critical processes in a telecom operator, including the revenue cycle, customer service, sales journey, and order management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- ITIL or COBIT certification (desirable).
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
